  • After upgrading to the latest veraion, I can no longer make any call. It just spins and never connects.😫

  • In less than 24 hours after signing up to their basic plan, my account was deactivated at a critical time when customers needed to call. I was met with awful AI integrated chats that were useless for help. I finally received an email when I can see all the calls being rejected for "phone line not in service" Don't trust this company with your livelihood.

  • this app is usually decent but sometimes the quality is pretty bad. sometimes also it is hard to pick up a call from my lock screen, and sometimes after hanging up it says the call is still in progress. pretty alright app, but some glitchiness. UPDATE: call quality can be pretty bad. it has also started deleting old text messages which is crazy because my business needs some of the information this app deleted! I will be switching back to a normal sim card soon.

  • to pay for something you can get for free through Google voice is my 1st issue. the call quality is horrible. you can not delete missed calls or messages in bulk, you have to do it one by one. finding support is next to impossible. it sends you to a reddit forum.

  • open phone has helped my business grow. no longer showing up as spam in today's market. everything from text messages to phone calls are stored in one location for the client. there are extra options you can go with to help your business . highly recommend using them as you VoIP.

  • The app is awful. It's ridiculously slow and crashy all the time. Half the time it doesn't notify you of calls or texts. I had to set it up on my computer and just call everyone back once I get the missed call notification from their web version. It’s incredibly annoying. With how expensive it is, I don't think I'll be continuing with this company for much longer.

  • Not very user-friendly. If you dont have great service it doesnt work. Entering new contacts is confusing because where you go to put the name of the person or business doesn't line up properly. If you dont have your phone ringer all the way up, the app won't notify you unless you already looking at your phone even with all notifications on. The person on the other line hears a delayed response from my end so we are talking over each other. Recent call log doesnt always show numbers contacted.

  • The alternative of a phone within a phone, that is able to accurately record and summarize a phone conversation with the assistance of AI technology is quite the game-changer. The numbers which were chosen were implemented the same day, as well as a standard written voicemail, which was then recorded as a standard in, or out-of-office greeting. The availability of customer support thru 24/7 chat, allows for a very easy and supportive experience.

  • This is very hit or miss. some days it works great. but when it breaks, it freaking breaks. we're talking hours of it just being down and not able to receive calls. messages that thing some team members phones but not others, including the one who's supposed to be on duty.

  • Update to review: Previously the app caused Bluetooth usability, affecting all the other installed apps and required me to restart my phone multiple times per day. That issue has been resolved. However, the app still drops calls daily, drops calls when answering the calls, does not call out when trying to make calls, etc.
